I was recently introduced to the benefits of drinking lemon water every morning and wanted to share these discoveries with you all.

One of the biggest benefits of drinking lemon water is that it gives your immune system a boost through it's vitamin-C complex. Secondly, lemons have high amounts of potassium which is beneficial for heart health and brain function. Lemon water is also a huge aid for digestion. The enzymes in the citrus encourage healthy digestion by loosening toxins and getting rid of heartburn, burping and bloating. 

Most importantly, lemon water detoxifies your system. It flushes out all the toxins trapped inside your body by bringing to life the enzymes that were previously less active.

Warm lemon water is a very effective way to get rid of viral infections inside your body as well as help cure a sore throat. Lemons also contain pectin fiber which help curve those hunger cravings, ultimately aiding in weight loss. 

How to Drink Lemon Water 
If you weigh over 150 pounds then squeeze half a lemon into a glass of water. If you weigh over 150 pounds than squeeze the entire lemon in your glass. Room temperature water is recommended to best amplify the lemon. Drink the water first thing in the morning and wait 15-30 minutes before eating.
