Get Your Greens Smoothie
Do you ever feel like you need something EXTRA healthy to make up for all the sweets and junk food you ate over the weekend? Well look no further because this extra healthy smoothie will do the trick by giving you all the nutrients and vitamins you've been needing!
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
1 small piece of ginger (about half an inch worths)
1 teaspoon of spirulina
1 teaspoon of barley grass powder
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
