Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bowl
Easy, healthy and yummy! What more could you ask for. Smoothie bowls are seriously my favorite meal to make because of how quick and delicious they are. Always remember to lose less liquid than a normal smoothie to get that perfectly rich consistency.
1 cup of frozen mangoes
1 cup of frozen strawberries
2/3 cup of plant based milk
1/2 cup of granola
2 teaspoons of cacao nibs
1 handful of fresh strawberries
Pour all frozen ingredients and plant based milk into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, cacao nibs and fresh strawberries!
