How do I prepare a LiveMore Organics Blend Cup?
Pour the fruit into the blender then add your liquid of choice filled to the line in the cup. For a thicker consistency add less liquid. Blend until smooth, pour back into the cup, and enjoy!
What liquid do you recommend I blend with?
Each blend has a different recommendation. For the Keto-Friendly Cup, we recommend Organic Unsweetened Almond or Coconut Milk. For the other blends, you can use your favorite organic liquid or just water.
Do I need to defrost my smoothie before blending?
No need to defrost your smoothie cups before blending! Our smoothies are ready to blend immediately after being taken out of the freezer.
Is the packaging recyclable?
The cups are made with 50% recycled materials and are recyclable. The lids are LDPE 4 - 100% Recyclable. The outer boxes are the first certified fully curbside recyclable box ClimaCell® uses material made from renewable plant-based components and paper.
How should I store my LiveMore smoothies?
LiveMore smoothie cups should be kept frozen until consumption.
How long are LiveMore smoothies good for?
Our smoothies are good for up to 18 months from when you receive them, but we recommend you consuming them before that!

Why do you use frozen fruits instead of fresh?
While we love the idea of fresh fruit, we realize with everyone’s busy lives that frozen fruit is easier for people to store. We make sure that our frozen fruit products still contain all the vital nutrients that fresh fruit would offer. By freezing our fruits we can ensure that our products will still contain all the vital nutrients that they are filled with by the time it arrives in your kitchen.
Do LiveMore products contain any extra sugars or preservatives?
Nope! LiveMore products contain no added sugars, chemicals, or preservatives. When we say “farm to table” we really mean it!
Shipping & Delivery Questions
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide. Right now we are able to offer all our west coasters with free shipping. We are working on a way to be able to offer free shipping in the future to all of our smoothie lovers. Please stay tuned.
How does delivery work?
Any orders placed before Thursday will ship out the following week to arrive at your doorstep no later than Friday. Depending on your location, your blend pack will arrive at your doorstep Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Your shipment will arrive no later than 48 hours. No weekend deliveries.
How do the smoothies stay frozen in transit?
Based on your location, we use enough dry ice to keep your product frozen on its way to you.
What if I am not home when it arrives?
The box will be waiting at your doorstep. We recommend that you transfer the cups right into your freezer as soon as you open your package. We are not responsible for cups left out overnight after being delivered.
What do I do with the dry ice?
Please do not touch the dry ice! If you need to handle it, please make sure your hands are covered with approved gloves. After unloading your cups into your freezer, we recommend you bring the box back outside to sit overnight. Your dry ice should fully dissipate within 24 hours of delivery. Always make sure dry ice is left in a well-ventilated area until ice has disappeared. Be sure to keep the dry ice out of reach of children and animals. Do not place it on any surfaces as it can cause damage. Once the ice has dissipated, you can recycle the box to your curb.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the frozen nature of our product, we do not accept any returned products once they have shipped out of our facilities. Please reach out if there is an issue and we will do our best to find a solution!
