Berry Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Coconut and berries go so well together and taste absolutely amazing in this smoothie bowl. Smoothie bowls are the perfect meal for any time of the day. They can act as a breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack or even desert. So versatile and SO delicious!
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen berries
1/2 cup of plant based milk
2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
1 tablespoon of agave
1 handful of fresh blueberries
1 handful of fresh strawberries
1 handful of fresh raspberries
Pour all frozen ingredients, plant based milk and 1 tablespoon of the shredded coconut into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl. Top with the other tablespoon of shredded coconut, agave, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Enjoy!
